How long until I receive my results ?
Expect the turnaround time to be 7 business days from the time your sample is received.
Is Bioenergetic testing diagnostic?
No. Our testing is for identifying and addressing energetic imbalances and is not meant to be diagnostic.
What ages do you work with?
We work with ALL ages. As long as you can get a saliva sample and some hair or nail clippings, we can scan them.
What is your return policy?
Scans are eligible for a full refund if the test kit has not shipped. No refunds, If your kit has already been shipped out.
What if I don’t long enough have hair ?
You can send nail clippings from all fingers and toenails.
Is it okay if my hair is dyed?
Yes, hair color will not impact the scan results.
